Column: ‘Who feels responsible for transparency?’
In a column for the online platform iBestuur Tom Kunzler wrote about the lack of governance for transparency in the Netherlands. We need an organization that feels responsible for promoting transparency and that really coordinates standardization. This will help open data to have an impact on strengthening democracy.
